Toned Up: Arm and Upper Body Plan

This is the program both Nicole and I have been using to get in the best shape of our lives before our wedding! It will work for everyone at all levels and it’s guaranteed to tone and define your upper body.


The program consists of 4 workouts per week, each taking about 20 minutes. You can do most of the program with dumbbells, and any basic gym will have all the equipment you need. You can repeat the program as many times as you’d like and you’ll notice changes each time you do!
